COLOMBIA - Paola Trujillo
Mid month release! And it’s a doozy too. We’re excited to introduce this washed typica from Paola Trujillo and finca Patio Bonito. It’s been absolutely delightful to work with this coffee. Why? Because it’s delicious every time. Seriously. Every time we’ve brewed this coffee, no matter the method or roast profile, it’s been vivid, juicy, and sweet. It almost feels like luck, but we know better than that. Coffees like this are a testament to skilled producers and terroir. There’s a reason we’ve featured multiple lots from Paola recently and that reason is she’s good at what she does.
Real talk. Sometimes I don’t know what to say when I write these coffee bios. It’s easy to get bogged down with descriptors and analysis when all I’m really trying to say is that the coffee is a damn good time. Sometimes you just drink coffee because it tastes good. Really good. This is one of those times.
